We are based out of Naperville, Illinois and are a growing company willing to promote from within. This is a part time entry level position that can evolve into full time. This position reports to the Strategic Partner Development Supervisors and requires a motivated team player who works well in a reactive atmosphere. Salary is based on education, experience, and knowledge of the industry. A successful applicant will be responsible for communicating with our partner network on a daily basis. Must also be available to attend weekly Partner Development Department Meetings and conference calls. Specific Job Expectations:
* Keeping the Partner Development Department Procedure Manual current and up to date
* Assist in writing procedures and manuals
* Tracking partner Quality Control checks
* Constructing badges for new partners
* Conducting quarterly audits on background checks and badges
* Entering and updating new partner information on the extranet
* Keeping the Partner Development Supervisors up to speed on all partners
* Keeping all insurance information needed by partners up to date and current
* Organizing all relevant partner packet paperwork
* Mapping out trips for Partner Development Supervisors
* Creating and generating various reports for the department
* Keeping a log of all site surveys done by Partner Development Supervisors
